Some bad habits can be good…….
There are many things people say are not good but they actually are….but some know is bad and do it anyways…
Chocolate? Some say chocolate is bad for you, but is it? It is proven that eating chocolate decreases stroke risk and heart attacks, while it also improves your blood flow…. so enjoy your chocolate moderately, no harm there!
Wine, I love wine! Some stay away from it, why? It actually boosts your body defenses, it helps lower cholesterol and controls blood sugar, plus it relaxes you and jazzes up dinner!
Dirty hair? = GOOD. There are many that MUST wash their hair daily, that is actually not the best thing… shampoo traps oil so washing it frequently might dry your hair out…your natural oils moisturize your hair and scalp….Just like skipping a shower, yeah it sounds gross but leaving a shower out can keep your skin extra hydrated and supple as well as keeping good bacteria in your skin to prevent diseases.
Daydreaming! It might bore some, but it actually helps boosts your problem-solving abilities, escaping for a little from your brain and thinking is good for anyone!
Is swearing bad? Yes it is inappropriate to say bad words aloud or to anyone, but it sure relieves stress and maintains solidarity! Plus sometimes we need to let loose and say what’s on our minds…
Last but not least Gossiping...is it bad? Not really, gossiping actually helps you learn things about the people around you or someone you know, you might think you know someone until you hear something new about them, plus you bond with friends and release stress and anxiety!
So if you think you are doing something bad, stop and research! It might not be as bad as you think, and maybe even be good for you….
It is GREAT when you find the positive in something negative!
